What can you ask about?
- The course and the price. What is included, when purchase opens and how the subscription works. If you want an email when the course opens, say so.
- Errors in the content. If you find something that does not match UHR's material or the law, write which page and what is wrong. We correct it and write the date.
- Technical problems. A page that does not load, a question that cannot be answered or something that looks odd on a phone.
- Partnerships. You teach SFI, work at an adult education association, a library or a municipality and want to use the course with your participants.
- Press. Questions about the course and about how we work with facts.
Questions we cannot answer
We are an independent course and have no connection to the authorities. Ask them about the following:
- Your application for citizenship, processing times, whether you have to take the test and the referral letter (anvisningsbrev): the Migration Agency.
- Registration, test dates, locations, adjustments and results: UHR, the citizenship test.
- The test questions. We have no insight into UHR's questions and cannot say what will be in the test.
